Use left and right arrow keys to move between white keys. Use up and down arrow keys to move between nearby black and white keys. Hold Z X C V B N M comma or period to choose octaves 0 through 8, then press Q W E R T Y U for white keys or 1 2 3 4 5 for black keys. Without an octave key, those shortcuts play the active octave.
